Migraine relief through riboflavin

Experts advised that riboflavin (400mg once a day) may be effective in reducing migraine frequency and intensity for some people.

The UK National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence updated clinical guidelines on adult headache recommend canvassing the risks and benefits of pharmacological prophylaxis with patients who experience migraine with or without aura.
Topiramate or propranolol could be offered, and if that is not effective or suitable, consider gabapentin or
