Ferinject (ferric carboxymaltose) is a polynuclear iron (III)-hydroxide complex indicated for treatment of iron deficiency (based on laboratory tests) when oral iron preparations are ineffective or cannot be used. It is contraindicated in anaemia not attributed to iron deficiency; evidence of iron overload or disturbances in iron utilisation and in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Influvac Junior (inactivated influenza vaccine) is indicated for the prevention of influenza caused by influenza virus types A and B in children aged six months to 35 months.
Menactra (meningococcal (groups A, C, Y and W-135) polysaccharide diphtheria toxoid conjugate vaccine) is indicated for active immunisation of individuals aged 2–55 years for the prevention of invasive meningococcal disease caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A, C, Y
