MMR vax later lowers teen measles risk

The matched case-control study involved 102 measles cases and 510 controls. It showed that in patients who had measles — 89% of whom were aged 13 to 17 — those who were given the MMR at 12 to 13 months had fivefold higher odds of contracting measles compared to those vaccinated at 15 months or older.
