MoodGYM better for anxiety than depression: study

Popular online CBT program MoodGYM is better at reducing anxiety symptoms than depressive symptoms, a meta-analysis has found.  

The review of 11 studies led by UK researchers shows the program had a medium effect size in reducing anxiety symptoms.

However, it had only a small impact on depressive symptoms, which appeared to be non-significant once the analysis was adjusted for publication bias.
