Pioneering therapy for depression in diabetes

ST VINCENT’s Hospital in Sydney has pioneered online therapy for depression and anxiety in Australia since 2002, conducting more than 20 RCTs in >1500 patients.

Now the group is exploring whether internet cognitive behavioural therapy (I-CBT) can help diabetes patients cope with the depression that often accompanies their condition.
