Polypill aids CVD risk education

The findings came from a qualitative study presented at the Public Health Association of Australia conference last month.

Interviews were conducted with 47 healthcare providers and 47 patients in the Kanyini Guidelines Adherence with the Polypill (Kanyini-GAP) study, which included 600 Indigenous and 300 non-Indigenous patients receiving the polypill for primary or secondary prevention of CVD.
