Practice nurses help with diabetes control

The Primary Care Services Improvement project, conducted by the University of Adelaide, compared a model where practice nurses saw more than 50% of patients in the practice, and spent more than 50% of their time in clinical-based activities (high level model) compared with less than 50% for both measures (low level model).
