PRP injections not the answer for tennis elbow

Platelet rich plasma injections are not effective for treating tennis elbow, new research shows.

There are many treatments for the painful condition yet consensus remains elusive on which are the most effective.

Local injections of growth factors containing PRP have recently generated interest, but studies on its effectiveness have not been conclusive.
