Associate Professor Chris Baker, medical director of the Skin and Cancer Foundation and lead author, said the study found 91% of patients with psoriasis had to contend with another concurrent debilitating health disorder.

“The lack of treatment for the comorbidities was surprising,” Professor Baker said, noting that 34% of patients with psoriatic arthritis were not receiving therapy.
