Screening in pregnancy no benefit in Q fever outbreak

The Netherlands experienced one of the largest outbreaks of Q fever between 2007 and 2010, leading to investigation in a randomised controlled trial of whether screening for Coxiella burnetii would reduce obstetric complications.
