Sports bra advice to reduce the bounce

Most Australian women wear ill-fitting bras when playing sport, often to the detriment of their performance and sometimes their overall health.

Poor posture can lead to neck, back and arm pain, scientists at the University of Wollongong biomechanic research laboratory said.
They have teamed with Sports Medicine Australia to produce a brochure on choosing the appropriate bra, depending on age, breast size and type, and intensity of activity.
