Study shows impotency high over 45
Complete ED was reported by 17% of men participating in the NSW 45 and Up Study. Questionnaires returned by 100,000 men showed 19% had moderate ED and 25% reported mild ED, when men with prostate cancer were excluded.
The odds of moderate and complete ED increased by 11% for every year over the age of 45. Most men (82%) over 75 had moderate or complete ED.
