The Sydney cardiologist fighting heart disease in Nauru

Cardiologist Dr Clare Arnott likes to lead the busy life. She juggles private practice and cardiac research at Sydney's Royal Prince Alfred Hospital while being a mother to two children under three years old.

But she has another important job: providing advice on cardiac care for refugees living in Nauru, as part of her work with Doctors for Refugees.

Recently, she has been advising advocates about the medical care of a 42-year-old man in Nauru
