An update on rosacea

WITH the recent explosion of knowledge of the pathogenesis of rosacea, including the introduction of brimonidine (Mirvaso, Galderma), a topical alpha-agonist with potent skin vasoconstrictive properties, it is timely to review recent advances in our understanding and management of this debilitating condition.
