US e-cig guidelines long overdue

The US has been slow to recommend tight regulations for e-cigarette use compared with Australia, says a Heart Foundation spokesperson.  

The American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines published in the journal Circulation on Monday recommend that since e-cigarettes contain nicotine, they "should be subject to all laws that apply to these products".
