What diagnosis is suggested by this ECG?

A MALE patient, aged 64, with a history of hypertension and dyslipidaemia, presents to his general practitioner.

He has a two-day history of nausea, generalised myalgias, cough and fever.
The patient’s usual medications are ramipril and atorvastatin, and he has also been taking over-the-counter cold and flu tablets.
On examination, his heart rate is 78bpm, blood pressure 144/80mmHg and temperature 38.4°C.
The rest of the examination is normal.
