The first Australian and New Zealand pulmonary rehabilitation guidelines have recently been published. They bring a much-needed focus on evidence-based, non-pharmacological interventions for people with chronic lung diseases.1

The aim of the guidelines is to provide evidence-based recommendations for the practice of pulmonary rehabilitation specific to the Australian and New Zealand healthcare context.
