Call for antivirals in adult chickenpox

Writing in the Medical Journal of Australia, infectious diseases physician Associate Professor Ashley Watson called for a change to prescribing guidelines to match the US and UK, where antiviral therapy is recommended for early, uncomplicated varicella in adolescents and adults.
