Repeated RACGP exam failures condemn experienced IMG

AN IMG with more than 25 years' experience and a blemish-free record has had his bid for registration renewal refused after repeatedly failing RACGP and Medical Board exams.

Dr Rhandy Soriano Cabading, trained in the Philippines, was first granted special purpose registration in Queensland in 2002 under the understanding he would confirm his competency by obtaining a more permanent form of registration.
