Australian Doctor Group Terms and Conditions – Game of Chance
The Promoter is Australian Doctor Group (ADG), Level 12, 117 York Street, Sydney, 2000. ABN 94 615 959 914 (NSW TP/02270).
1. Prize Details
Total prize pool value: AUD $5,000
Main Prize Draw:
• 1 x $2,000 prize
• 10 x $200 e-gift cards
• 20 x $50 e-gift cards
Fast Action Early Draw:
• 1 x $500 prize
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the user has completed the AusDoc registration process.
The result of the prize draws is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
- Are currently registered nurses in Australia
- Hold current AHPRA registration (if verification required)
- Are aged 18 years or over
- Reside in Australia
Australian Doctor Group (ADG) employees, their families plus contributors are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion opens on Monday 23rd February 2026 and closes Thursday 30th April 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must:
• Register for a free AusDoc account during the promotional period
• Complete all required registration fields
5. Fast Action Bonus
The first 500 eligible nurse registrations during the promotional period will receive one bonus entry into a separate $500 early draw.
Eligibility for the Fast Action bonus will be determined based on timestamped registrations.
6. Referral Bonus
Registered participants will receive a unique referral link.
Participants will receive one additional entry into the main prize draw for each new eligible nurse who registers using their unique referral link during the promotional period.
There is no cap on referral bonus entries.
8. Prize Draw
The main prize draw and Fast Action draw will take place on Wednesday 6th May 2026 at:
Australian Doctor Group (ADG), Level 12, 117 York Street, Sydney, 2000.
Winners will be selected at random using a random number generator.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy the promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed on the 31st May 2026, a redraw will be held on Tuesday 16th June 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any direction given under applicable law.
Any winners determined in accordance with this clause will be notified by email within 7-days of the redraw.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
9. Winner Notification
All winners will be notified by email within 7-days of the draw taking place and will be provided with an e-gift card for that amount.
The e-gift card will expire three years from the date of activation. Upon expiration, unused funds will not be refunded or credited.
10. Publication of Winners
Winners’ first name and state may be published on the AusDoc website and/or social media channels.
11. Privacy
By entering the promotion, participants agree to:
- Receive digital communications from AusDoc, including the weekly Australian Primary Care Nurse newsletter
- Have their personal information collected and used in accordance with the Australian Doctor Group (ADG) Privacy Policy which is available to review at ausdoc.com.au
Participants may unsubscribe from any and all communication from AusDoc at any time.
12. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries
- Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
- Modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond reasonable control
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the publisher corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the competition.
The Promoter and its associates assume no responsibility for any error or delay related to the competition.
Any entrant found to be using any automated means whatsoever to submit multiple entries will be disqualified.
The publisher does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the publisher will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s.
All entries become the property of ADG. As a condition of entering this competition you acknowledge that Australian Doctor Group may contact you via email with information that may be relevant to you and your industry.
