The lump remained the same size over many years.

Fen, a 61-year-old woman, visits her GP to review the results of recent blood tests.

She is concerned about a lump under her right eye, which has been there for many years (pictured).

The lesion does not bother her unduly as there is no associated pain, itchiness or irritation, and it has remained the same size over the years.

Her main concern is cosmesis. She reports she has no similar lumps elsewhere.
