Sasha is a 19-year-old retail worker requesting replacement of a contraceptive implant.

The current implant has been in place for almost three years, and she has been happy with the method.

She experiences light, infrequent bleeding and has not had any troublesome side effects.

She has already filled a prescription for the replacement device and is attending today for removal and reinsertion.
