Hamish, a 33-year-old web designer, presents complaining of several days of fatigue and nausea. Today he has developed yellow eyes and pruritis.

Hamish attends regularly for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for HIV, including three-monthly sexual health checks.
