Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

To enter the prize draw to WIN an all-inclusive Mekong River Cruise or 1 of 6 $500 Amaco travel vouchers:
- Join AusDoc (ausdoc.com.au) and use it anytime between Thursday 12:01am 1st February 2024 and 11:59pm Sunday 31st March 2024, or,
- Entry is open to anyone who is already a member of AusDoc. To enter, simply log back into AusDoc, click on your profile page and click save changes anytime between Thursday 12:01am 1st February 2024 and 11:59pm Sunday 31st March 2024.
All references to time in this document with the sole exception of the tour start and end dates in Cambodia and Vietnam respectively, are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The promotion commences Thursday 12:01am 1st February 2024 and 11:59pm Sunday 31st March 2024.
Entry is open to all healthcare practitioners with a valid AHPRA number, who are registered users of AusDoc (ausdoc.com.au) and are Australian residents. Australian Doctor Group reserves the right to request proof of identity, registration and current place of work.
Australian Doctor Group employees (and their families) plus contributors are not eligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted to enter.
Entry is limited to one entry per user (prize draw).
The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the user has first opened the app.
The result of the prize draws is final, and no correspondence will be entered. There will be one (1) prize draw for the all-inclusive Mekong River Cruise followed by six (6) prize draws, each for a single $500 Amaco travel voucher as the runner up prizes. Each draw will take place at 11am on Wednesday 10th April 2024 at Level 12, 117 York Street, Sydney, 2000.
The trip is supplied by Amaco small group tours (https://amacotravel.com.au/)and must be taken on the specified dates. The all-inclusive Mekong River Cruise starts in Siem Reap, Cambodia on the 18th September 2024 and ends in Saigon, Vietnam on the 29th September, 2024. Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the entry. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Runner up prizes are valid for 3 years from the day of the prize draw.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
The winners will be notified in writing by email within 7 days of the draw and an article will be published on ausdoc.com.au announcing the winners within the same period. An article will be published in Australian Doctor magazine announcing the winners in the following edition, being the 3rd May 2024.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these promotion terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. Prizes that remain unclaimed at 11:59pm on 30th May 2024, a redraw will be held on Wednesday 5th June 2024 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any direction given under applicable law.
Any winners determined in accordance with this clause will be notified in writing by email within 7 days of the re-draw and an article will be published on ausdoc.com.au announcing the re-draw winners within the same period. An article will be published in Australian Doctor magazine announcing the winners in the following edition, being the 5th July 2024.
Subject to complying with all relevant State and Territory legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend the competition if an event beyond the control of the publisher corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition.
Any entrant who has tampered with the entry process or any other aspect of this competition will be disqualified.
The Promoter and its associates assume no responsibility for any error or delay related to the competition.
Any entrant found to be using any automated means whatsoever to submit multiple entries will be disqualified.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter has the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
The publisher does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and the publisher will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. As a condition of entering this competition you acknowledge that Australian Doctor Group and Amaco small travel tours may contact you via email with information that may be relevant to you and your industry.
