You'll join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team in a progressive model of care that prioritises women's health, chronic disease management and the specific needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients 

To be Successful in this Role you will:

• Be an experienced General Practitioner with current AHPRA registration and specialist GP qualification (e.g., RACGP, ACRRM)
• Have a background in clinical leadership, workforce development and/or medical service coordination
• Demonstrate strong capability in quality improvement, patient safety systems, and service planning
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, including custodial and community-based services
• Be available to work 3-5 days across the week, with the ability to support on-call services as required
