We are looking for a caring General Practitioner to join an aged care team in Condobolin, NSW. You will deliver high-quality medical care to elderly residents, manage chronic conditions, perform routine health assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has experience in geriatric medicine, strong communication skills, and a patient-focused approach. Eligibility Criteria

• Must have completed FRACGP or FACRRM
• Should hold General or Specialist registration with AHPRA
