Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services including acute, chronic, preventive and aged care management.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, develop management plans and coordinate referrals to specialists and allied health.
• Provide immunisations, child and adolescent health checks, antenatal shared care, and men’s and women’s health services.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to practice protocols, medicolegal and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to practice quality improvement activities and participate in team meetings and education sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Essential: MBBS or equivalent medical degree and current Australian General Practice Fellowship (FRACGP) or eligibility for fellowship.
• Current AHPRA registration with general registration and ability to practice in Australia.
• Strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication skills and patient-centred approach.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Medicare billing procedures.
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload across all age groups and complexity levels.
