• Broad Eligibility: We welcome both VR and Non-VR doctors (minimum 3rd year post-grad). We can accept doctors regardless of DPA, AON, or moratorium restrictions (Level 2+ supervision required if applicable).
• Competitive Remuneration: Receive 70% of billings paid weekly, plus an additional 25% BBPIP paid quarterly.
• Seamless Extra Income: Easily scale your hours up or down when you want a financial boost.
• Strict Patient Retention: We never compete with general practice. Every patient seen is strictly referred back to their regular GP.
• Reciprocal Benefits for Your Practice: If you (or a doctor from your clinic) cover an after-hours shift, we provide free after-hours coverage for your regular clinic, including the certificates required for your Accreditation and PIP incentives.
• Support Vulnerable Patients: Our clinics in Southport and Palm Beach, alongside our Residential Aged Care Facility (RACF) visiting services, keep the most vulnerable Gold Coast residents safe overnight.
