The woman, 55, had no significant history of trauma or disease — just a mass on her left thigh that had been steadily growing for a year.
The mass was firm, fixed to superficial and deep planes and non-tender, with no regional lymphadenopathy.
Lab tests showed her haemoglobin, platelet count, WCC, CRP and coagulation parameters all in normal ranges, ruling out anaemia, infection, inflammatory syndrome and coagulation disorders.
