The 61-year-old presented to ophthalmologists in India with painless lower eyelid swelling that had slowly progressed over seven years.
Oblique clinical photograph showed an 8cm × 4cm × 3cm pedunculated lesion arising from the right lower eyelid, causing visual axis obstruction.
Best-corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in both eyes.
