A Turkish man’s rare reaction to psoriasis treatment has left doctors scratching their heads.

The patient, 62, was prescribed bimekizumab for plaque psoriasis that affected his arms, legs, back and external auditory canal.

He had a 30-year history of psoriasis and a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index score of 18.

Methotrexate, acitretin and narrow-band UVB had not improved his condition.
