Why did the chicken bone cross the small intestine?

The answer is mostly put down to good luck, according to Kuwaiti doctors, who are reporting a rare case of foreign body ingestion that had no serious complications.

The patient, a 51-year-old woman, presented to ED complaining of a hard, sharp object that projected from her anus during defecation.

She had a history of chronic constipation but no prior instances of food choking or abdominal pain, and her family confirmed she did not have dementia.
