Neurosurgeons in Saudi Arabia have issued a call to arms over the safety of military dress uniforms after a soldier was left with the metallic badge from his hat embedded in his skull.
The 23-year-old presented to ED with the metal object lodged in the left side of his forehead following a physical altercation at work.
