Nearly two-thirds of doctors-in-training worry about making a clinical error due to fatigue, while many are too intimidated to report incidents of bullying and discrimination, a NSW survey shows.

Results from the 2019 Hospital Health Check Survey of 1958 interns, residents and registrars shows around 62% are concerned about making a clinical error due to fatigue caused by the hours worked at hospital.
