Are the ‘clinical marshmallows’ about to strike back?

The medical administrator who accused junior doctors of being “clinical marshmallows” had been asking doctors to work 10 consecutive night shifts, a doctors’ union has claimed.
Last week an email written by the administrator at Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in NSW ended up on social media.
Suggesting doctors were placing lifestyle before career, they added: “God help us in the future. We are going to have a workforce of clinical marshmellows (sic)!”
It led to a series of memes involving doctors depicted as comic marshmallows but also talk of strike action.
