Full story: Dr Charlie Teo found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct

Below is the final version of our breaking news story from this morning.
Dr Charlie Teo must practise under strict conditions — with another surgeon approving any surgery on recurrent intracranial malignancies or brainstem tumours — after he was found guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct.
The decision by a Medical Professional Standards Committee was announced by the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission this morning.
The committee said the high-profile neurosurgeon had performed two operations where the risks outweighed any potential benefits. He also failed to obtain informed consent from either of the patients.
