Nearly two-thirds of patients with long COVID can expect full immunological recovery within two years, according to “optimistic” results from an Australian study.

Doctors from the Kirby Institute and St Vincent’s Hospital, both in Sydney, also found that most patients with post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 would also have substantial improvements in health-related quality of life by the two-year mark.
