The widow of former RACGP president Dr Harry Nespolon has won a lengthy legal battle to access around $5 million of his life insurance and superannuation.
Dr Nespolon died from pancreatic cancer during his presidential tenure in 2020, leaving behind his wife, Lindy van Camp, and two young daughters.
