He had parked on a privately owned street, displayed his disability permit and so was shocked to find a ticket on his windscreen
No-one likes a parking ticket.
But over the last month, emergency specialist Dr Dinesh Palipana has been involved in a stoush that has seen him threatened with debt collection and legal action.
The source of his woes?
The high-profile doctor who has quadriplegia had originally parked his car in a trendy eating precinct on the Gold Coast shortly before visiting the Triple M studios to record a podcast with his friend, comedian John Coutis.
