Experts back call to broaden Q-fever vaccination

Infectious disease specialists are partially backing a call to broaden the target population for Q-fever vaccination.
It follows research that shows people living in rural areas of Queensland and NSW have 2.5 times the risk of seropositivity for antibodies to Coxiella burnetii compared with people who have never lived rurally.
