Aged care facilities should be legally required to adopt electronic medication charts as a condition of operating, says the chair of the RACGP's aged care specific interests group.

The Federal Government is still resisting the move to address one of biggest bugbears for GPs, despite it being a key recommendation of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and
