Former supermodel Tara Moss ditches negligence case against GP

Author and former model Tara Moss has abandoned her lawsuit against a NSW GP, whom she accused of failing to diagnose a labral tear, leaving her with chronic pain.
Ms Moss’ lawyer told the Supreme Court of NSW two years ago she would seek an “extremely large sum” of money after injury and pain ended her modelling, media and public speaking work.
She accused Dr Chris Coghill, a GP in the Blue Mountains, of failing to properly examine her or arrange an MRI over an 18-month period where she complained of pelvic pain so severe that she struggled to stand.
Dr Coghill strenuously denied the claims.
