One of our articles last week carried a blunt headline that seems to have struck a chord: Dear specialist, I’m a GP, not your community intern!
Nearly a hundred doctors — including a few sympathetic non-GP specialists — posted comments in response to the pleas of an anonymous GP for specialists to stop using general practice as a clinical dumping ground.
