GP in fight with Facebook to remove his image from quackery scam

A high-profile GP has unwittingly become the face of ‘organic’ erectile dysfunction treatments and ketogenic weight-loss products with his image used in advertisements on Facebook.
Dr Brad McKay, former host of TV show Embarrassing Bodies Down Under, says he has been fighting to have the advertisements taken down and his image removed from the websites, but it’s becoming a game of “whack-a-mole”.
“It started with a random message on social media asking if I was really endorsing these products,” he tells Australian Doctor.
The erectile dysfunction advertisements mention a host of ‘natural products’ with names such as ProSolution, VigRX Plus, Extenze, MaleExtra and Vimax, with supplements such as black pepper and pomegranate.
