A GP accused of sexually assaulting two women and now charged with the rape of a third patient has been granted bail of $1 million.

Dr Ahmed Al-Sudani was arrested at a medical centre at Arncliffe, in Sydney’s south, last Friday after police received reports of sexual assaults involving two patients.

Police on Wednesday said further investigations had revealed he allegedly raped another patient in June.

The 45-year-old doctor has been charged with two further offences of sexual intercourse without consent and sexual touching without consent.
