GPs can once again prescribe subsidised Flixotide Junior and Axotide Junior to children under six after the PBAC’s controversial restrictions were officially scrapped over the weekend.
On 1 July, the PBS listing for the preventers — both containing fluticasone propionate 50µg per actuation inhalation, 120 actuations — was moved back to streamlined authority required.
