GP’s hairdo wins big at Aussie Mulletfest

He first started growing it during COVID-19 for fun, but Dr Alastair Bush crowning glory has now secured worldwide fame with a win at Australia’s Mulletfest.
In the awards celebrating the “business up front, party out back” hairdo, the GP from the UK took out top spot in the international category.
Dr Bush — yes that is his real name — made the 15,000 km trip from Dorset where he is a doctor to the military to Kurri Kurri in NSW to take part.
“It all started when haircuts were banned during [the COVID] lockdown and my nephew and I were looking at funny hairstyles online,” he told The Guardian newspaper.
