GPs offered up to $10k to ‘turbocharge’ vaccine clinics

The Victorian Government grants will cover increased staff costs for practices who can deliver large scale vax sessions

A leading GP has welcomed state government grants worth up to $10,000 designed to help Victorian general practices “turbocharge” the COVID-19 vaccine roll-out.

Announced by Premier Dan Andrews on Monday, the COVID-19 Vaccination Enhancement Grants will be available to GPs and pharmacists across 11 local government areas (LGA) in Melbourne struggling with COVID-19 outbreaks.
