GPs send pizza as thanks to EDs ‘going through hell’
Dr Bobby Cherian hopes more GPs will get on board with his idea to send weekly pizzas to their ED colleagues doing it tough during COVID-19
GPs have come up with a simple way to say thanks to their ED colleagues doing it tough during the pandemic, using the universal language of pizza.
Victorian GP Dr Bobby Cherian has organised a roster of GP clinics in his area to send 10 pizzas to the University Hospital Geelong ED each week to acknowledge they are “going through hell”.
