RACGP Foundation opens applications for grants totalling nearly $500,000 for GP research

GPs have been urged to apply for RACGP research grants worth almost half a million dollars to explore 'thinking outside the box' ideas that would improve general practice.

The college has opened its RACGP Foundation Grant application process to GPs or GP registrars with an interest in research. 

Up to $450,000 worth of grants are available to GPs to investigate areas including indigenous health, diabetes and motor vehicle accident injury management.
